After a few days of looking for our last key to our vehicle, we decided to call B-OK Locksmith to find out what the process would take to get a new key made without a key to copy from. The lady who answered the call was very professional and helpful in guiding me through the process.nWe had a technician sent to us same day (within hours) who had keys ready for us within the hour of showing up. Joe was VERY professional and kind to my whole family. He even showed my kids, from a distance, how a lock works as they were all very curious.nHere's to hoping we never need a locksmith again, but if we do, we will DEFINITELY be calling B-OK Locksmith (and if possible asking for Joe).

DO NOT DO BUSINESS! Joe is not a respectable business person. He over charges his costumers if he thinks they have money. Very unethical and has no idea the real responsibility it takes to be a Trusted locksmith handling people's keys and security! Do Not Be Fooled! Just don't even think about it anymore and call someone else... anyone else.. there are enough reputable respectable and legal locksmiths in the valley to choose from.nnNo stars! I had to give at least one star just to post this valuable information to help save others the trouble.

Joe and Julian came out replace my old locks and dead bolts so they all have the same key. Joe was VERY patient and explained everything as well as being very honest and gave me tips on how to get the most for my money. I would recommend to everyone!

Have a 2013 explorer with mykey problems. Called b-ok and got the best results and better than going to any car dealership . i recommend b-ok to anyone with mykey security problems . thank you b-ok i highly appreciate you and your fast service... 5 star rating from me all day
