Onong Resort

The room we got is really tiny, the are places were you can see through the wood. Have attached pictures below. If someone walks by and people do because the toilets are located further down it feels like the walls will fall down. So when people use the toilet during the night, you wake up. If someone sneazee or cough it feels like the noise is inside your own room.nnToilet is located further down and was not possible to lock the first 24 hours because the key didn't work. We had to inform this several times, also picture below. And as you can see the toilet is not so fresh.nnWe have booked half pension and yesterday when we sat down we ordered the same food at the same time. I got my food 10 minutes before me friend, but both our dishes were cold.nWe informed this and the staff said that this would not happens again. Next day during lunch, the food was served cold once again.nnAll the things above have been informed to the resort and they say that they are fully booked so they can't do anything about our staying here. This our vacation and we have been flying all the way from Sweden and really looked forward to a nice New year at this place. I'm really disappointed about the staying and the services, and they have not tried hard enough to order some kind of compensation

During the last month I have stayed twice in the Onong Resort and enjoyed it very much. I relaxed on the beautiful beach, worked in their comfortable hammocks and enjoyed some nice evening gatherings in theirncozy restaurant and bar. The bungalows are very nice and big with nice wooden furniture and comfortable beds, each cottage has it's own little balcony and sun loungers. During my time here in Manado I also stayed in their partner resort Mapia in Manado and booked a tour to the Minahasa Highland, both are definitely worth it. The management team in Onong and Mapia helped me very much with everything and made my stay on Siladen and in Manado very easy and relaxing. Thank you very much for that!nnI can highly recommend this resort if your looking for nice diving, snorkeling or to just enjoying some beachtime. It's also very nice to walk on the beach around the island.

Hallo OlinI have been in your place in march.nI enjoyed every second at Resort.nThe food was nice, the staff was the whole time very friendly and tried to help every time if there was a wish from my side.nThe Bungalow was very confortable.nThe dives with your crew were the best i ever could join. The guys tried really hard to find every creature we were asking for it. And they found it every time! What a success.nThe Divecrew it self were making great vibes all the time.nGuys, thank you all for this amazing time.nI will come back.nCheers Stefan
