A very acceptable budget hotel. My room was large and THERE IS HOT WATER although no sink in my room. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Nice big sitting area downstairs. Like other places I looked at in the area, the internet was weak and there is no fan--I needed it for the heat of the day.

For the price, this place is definitely worth your money!nNot as bad as some reviewers made it out to be.nQuite exclusive as there were only 4 (I guessed) rooms available for occupancy.nClose proximity to jam gadang is a bonus.nPersonally though, I found the lack of sink bowl in the toilet was quite disappointing..

Good location, near to the centre of Bukit Tinggi. The room rate is affordable, the room space is spacious enough, and has space for parking.nAlso there is a balcony on the roof that has view to the Ngarai Sianok.nIn the peak season will be difficult to get a room
