They have many senior doctor with mire than 20 years experience. Had to wait many hours before getting in into examination room. Doctor schedule at 3 pm but came late at 4 pm. Please manage your time well so we don't have to wait.

The proper place to consult with eye related issue that is fully supported with many eye doctors

Not recommended at all.nThe service is dilapidated, the doctors, nurses and administrators are not friendly, all of them are dirty, even those served by elderly parents.nThe security guard also doesn't want to help the car out. ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

The service at Regina EYE CENTER was not satisfactory because I telephoned the day before my parents registered and wanted to register for control. and the answers are checked first on the status of the patient and after that we are waiting for an answer from the hospital there is no answer and I call again and again and not picked up on the day my parents schedule their control they ask if the mother has registered ..? And I answered that before my mother's day I had my control over the phone and they said check the patient's status first. Then they refused because the patient was full and had to come back again next week because the patient was limited to only 20 people and my question is why we didn't respond to us as a family of patients who wanted control before we, as a patient's family, were disappointed with the staff.

The patient's car park is only 2, the rest is for doctors. Doctors do not come on time, so patients wait long and are crowded so it can be dangerous during a pandemic. The reception area is not representative.
