Very poor service, incompetent, unfriendlynnpass to the branch there, branch here, teller there teller here, who ultimately reject the transaction just because they are doubtful of what the bank officer should have known, instead debate and pass to another financial institution

There have never been bank employees like this ...nafter the intention to migrate to Islamic banks, I want to close my account ... the service is much worse than conventional banks
