VERY NOT GOOD performance! Sign specimens submitted to this branch are NOT inputted to the system so that when clearing transactions from other branches, my company checks are not acceptednThe head of the unit does not focus on serving customers well even though I represent the company, when I want to transfer from BRI Jambi and is rejected, the head of the unit does NOT take immediate action & resolve the problem but instead leaves the office !!!

service took a long time to get in, starting from the security guard was busy playing with the cellphone. people ask in makeshift answers. who have contacts are accelerated without queuing numbers. who had a queue told to wait 3 more hours. Unfriendly teller. strongly not recommended
