Wyndham Opi Hotel Palembang

Great services.

This hotel is nicely decor, the room is big, bed is comfy and clean, hot shower working fine, fast wifi connection and smart tv... Overall stay in here is nice, location is near mall so easy to find food and near hotel is so many local food to find.

Great hotel!nLocated in the OPI mall area.nLobby has a good ambiance and looks prestigious.nRoom has a good sound proofing and the facilities in the room is great. Altough some of the wooden table and wardrobe's bulit quality are not too good

This Hotel was held big event like Wisuda during covid and long weekend. No physical distance particularly in lift area and most staffs are not polite to guests during this event. We spend too much time only for waiting lift coming. They should give us compensation for our time that been lost.

Last week and currently, I do have another great stay at Wyndham Opi Palembang.nWould like to thank you the staff again for their kind attention, the smiles I could see, and this from everybody. Start from security entrance, main door, front office, Lotus, restaurant. Thanks to them. Iyan from room service last week and currently is doing a great job and i was really happy to see that he has a quick respond when asking kindly to clean the room during a short time outside. Great job and very good cleaning. George, your work, at training the team to get the Wyndham standards, after 2 years anniversary, has finally paid up. Keep going !nAs Usual, Lilli and the front office staff, team Pak Yopi, and all names I did not mention are doing great job. At the pool as well, always smiling, like Jerry, with kind attention when I come for smoking in the morning. On top, thanks to Pak Yopi for the complimentary breakfast last week as I did book free via points.nWyndham Opi Hotel for anyone who comes to Palembang is a must. Facilites are very good and the mall is open as well. Even during this hard time. It has everything close by, hospital as well, and is a bit away from from the busy city Palembang. Best place to rest ! Great rooms, great buffet, great staff, breakfast, food and room service. The hotel follows strict rules with cleaning process and disinfection everywhere. Did witness how they do, and was quite impressed. You will feel safe !nWyndham Opi Hotel as been my second home since his opening and has a foreigner far from home, makes me feel like.nThanks to all of you.
