This place location is quite strategic i'd say. Quite close to a few of Jogja' main tourist attractions. There are also a convenient store a couple minutes walk away from this place if you have sudden midnight craving. The place is really cozy, the ambience is really good. There are also a swimming pool. The price is also cheap. The staff is also friendly. Ps. Kinda in love with the view from the balcony.

Venezia homestay is located at Mantirjeron, Parangtritis. They have room for dormitory and single. For dormitory we have to pay 100k/night. And for single room is about 400k/night. They give breakfast and morning coffee/tea. Swimming pool are available here. Wifi is available. There's no parking area, so we have to park in the side of the road. The situation here is quiet and nice. They have bungalow, so we can sit and talk with our friends/family.

Excellent accommodation! Totally recommend it if you are in Yogyakarta. The pool is very nice too. Great price for what you get. Would come again.
