Nice view of Lake Toba, and Hot springs are so fascinating

This is literally the bottom of my experiences the decade of my hotel stays in Asia. This place claims to be a four-star hotel and costs app 0,5 million rupia per night - not a small amount considering the poverty rate surrounding it. It's falling apart. Everything you see or touch needs a reconstruction. Toilet smells of urine, closet of paint, the TV tuner is off, plugs and switches are broken (look right next to the sign in my photo, it says it all). The staff is completely useless, they were not even able to call a becak, I can't imagine wanting some advice or having done more complex transportation request. To be fair, the garden and view is nice, but do yourself a favor and leave either to Tuk Tuk, or to a homestay up in the mountains

Not worthed... too expensive for such a poor service. Hot water was on and off. Dirty bathroom and awful breakfast might ruin ur vacation.

Should have manage better and professional way....not balance with the lake view and surroundings
