As an international student who is studying at this university, I love it, I love the campus and it's really gorgeous, full of trees and all the facilities are available. It has great lecturers and friendly students. The people you find them here are really helpful and friendly. Despite of that it has a wonderful staff especially it's international office, they are generous and helpful.nIt's really secure. As an alumni of this university, I pretty much know the neighbourhood. The university possesses 7 undergraduate facilities with one post graduate school. The undergraduate faculties include Educational sciences, Languages and Arts, Social sciences, Mathematics and Natural sciences, Engineering, Health and Sports, and Economics, which each provides both educational and non educational degrees.nnIt's calm since it's situated in the countryside of Medan, away from the city's hustle and bustle. Neighbouring universities are Universitas Amir Hamzah and Institut Agama Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (IAINSU).nnTo get here you may get on a public car or 'angkot', with different route numbers depending on your departing point. There also online transportation available, like Gojek and Grab. Or, you may take 'becak', but you need to spend more money of which you can bargain.
