Grand Mutiara Hotel Berastagi

Amazed by the food quality. Room is not the best but it is very well maintained and cleaned. Great value comparing to the price.

Clean, Comfort. Large and beautiful garden atmosphere. Just swimming pool need more improve about cleanliness.

Very spacious room enough for a family with two kids. Got bath tub inside. The swimming pool has a sliding dock for kids. The menus for breakfast is sufficient to choose, sorts of mini cakes and bread selection, fruits, salads, only it aged and need renovation to have a better value added.

The outside looks deceptively nice....the inside is horrible!!!! We booked 4 rooms and they were very very disappointing. 1)There's no elevator so the luggage has to be hand carried up/downstairs. Felt bad for people with wheelchairs. 2) no wifi 3) the rooms looked like they were quickly put together. We can see the ceilings still had areas of leakage and can smell the wet paint thinner. 4) the bathrooms had no hair dryers, disgustingly dirty flooring. You can hear the water running next door. 5) the walls are very thin so we can hear everyone talking up, down, and side rooms. We paid 700.000 per night and was thoroughly disappointed in the hotel. Nothing Grand about it all all. It should be named Fake Mutiara. I feel bad for all whom book this hotel for the number of stars.

Well, I sent important guests to this hotel during important business trip. They basically complained about the hotel's facilities such as no wifi in room, limited electricity sockets, old mattress, etc. I believe the management may be able to do something to improve this.nnThe view is amazing, other services were good.
