Sekar Arum Studio, located at Jl. Tourism Village no. 110, Gumawang RT25 RW06 Putat Patuk Gunungkidul, DIY, is a place to learn traditional arts. In the studio, which is quite wide, around almost 13,000 meters, it has a large area so that it can be used for various activities. The studio is very strategic because it is located right on the edge of a tourist village road that many tourists visit. Sekar Arum Studio activities include Dance, Karawitan, Pedalangan, Sholawatan, Campursari, Hadroh, etc. Sekar Arum Studio Leader is Mr. Heppy Budi Kurniawan, S.Sn., M.Pd. who works as a karaoke teacher at the Surakarta SMKI and Luluk Hartini, S.Sn. who works as a teacher of Cultural Arts at Patuk Gunungkidul 2 Junior High School in Yogyakarta. Some of the activities he has participated in include the Reog Festival in DIY at Taman Budaya Yogyakarta in 2018 and many more staging activities both in the community and on television broadcasts. One of the obstacles of the Studio is the lack of adequate gamelan facilities, Dance Costumes and Sound Systems. for that it is highly anticipated if there are parties who care to provide assistance and infrastructure support to the Sekar Arum studio.
