Dishonest act and poor management.Please take your time to read this as this really happened to me.nAlways check your money before and after the massage session.nnI've booked for a 3-hr massage here as I have had a good experience here the first time. A day before, I've requested the same masseuse as he is good with his skills.nnDuring my 2nd visit, I've found out that my money in my phone wallet was partially missing and I also realised that my phone cover has oily finger prints on it. It was obvious as my phone cover is made of leather and its black colour.nnBefore this incident, I clearly counted the cash I had in my phone wallet. It was Rp657 before I paid the amount which is Rp343. After the deduction of the massage, I should have Rp314.nnAfter the massage session, I checked my wallet as I initially wanted to tip the masseuse. To my surprise, I had only Rp164 in my phone case.nnNext, I approached the counter and asked regarding of the lost money which is a total of Rp150 and I explained the whole incident.nnOne of the counter ladies insisted that if the staff really did a dishonest act,he would have taken the full amount in my phone case.nnI felt that it's common sense that if the staff took the full amount, i would have noticed it right away.nnThe lady was manipulating her words to make me at fault instead of the staff.nnMs Shelly, the Head of Marketing Promotion approached and tried to clarify this issue by offering her name card so she could follow-up with me after I went back to Singapore.nnI truly appreciate of what Shelly did to settle this case but I felt so disappointed with the way the management handled my situation. I keep inquiring about the updates but no actions were taken on my end.nnIn conclusion,I felt that the staff should have told me where to put my valuables instead of just keeping quiet and I just hang my pants and put my valuables inside.nnI sincere of what had happened to me and I'm here to review of this dishonest act.nnThank you.

Good customer service & the staff there are very nice! Would always head there for a massage whenever I visit batam. Would highly recommend Boni, A young & cheerful masseuse that can brighten up your day.
