I have to say that I was sorely disappointed after reading all the good reviews on this place. Everything went well - the driver picked us up on time, the receptionist was friendly. However the masseurs we had were not up to mark. The lady massaging my husband was very new. My masseur had to correct her several times. Our 1.5hour massage went ok. No complains. But nothing fantastic. However, the 1.5hr foot massage was simply unbelievable! It seems like their motto there is to massage anywhere except the foot! It was like a calf massage with occasional rub on the foot. We stopped the massage after 1hr and walked out. It was so bad that we felt we were wasting time there. Frankly, go somewhere else if u have money to spend.

Utterly disappointed with the service. We couldn't relax anyways with all the noise going around us. Asked for full body massage in a double room and all the two young massage therapists did was chit chatting and laughing in their own language. They even showed attitude when we asked them to stop chit chatting. We had to ask for change of therapists after 30 mins of torture. ud83dude24

Totally love this foot massage area in Kamaya Spa. I did the foot, shoulder and head massage which we heavenly. From entering (there's always someone to open the door), to selecting a massage to end of the massage, the service provided was top notch. I was almost upset when the massage ended. Definitely will come back for more. The location is fantastic too. It's right opposite the newly opened Grand Batam mall and behind BCS mall. There's even a popular food court next this spa. Staying in this area is much more peaceful than the crowded nagoya area. I was told they even have free transfer from the ferry terminal for customers! This is what I call first class service!

Enjoyable spa with fantastic location facing Grand Batam shopping mall. I did the 4.5 hours spa and had also been to the spa for other treatments before. I like the ambiance and the two way free transport.
