The fort located on Pulau Mepar has four pieces. namely the Lower Fortress, Fortress Tower, Fortress / Triangle Fortress and Central Fortress. The Lekok Fort on the hill and directly opposite Cape Buton is equipped with seven cannon.nnIn addition to the fort, there is a cannon in front of Al-Marhamah mosque. This cannon is nicknamed Sumbing Cannon.nnIt is said that the Sumbing Cannon was brought to the Crusade in 1857. The attack on the Crisis was aimed at quelling the King Long rebellion, the Commander-in-Chief of Crisis who did not recognize Sultan Sulaiman as Sultan Lingga Riau.nnLingga's war fleet brought the cannon to shoot at the fortress and King Long's forces. Among the cannons available, this cannon was heavily relied upon by the shooter.nnSince it never stopped attacking enemy forces with a shotgun, the cannon muzzle eventually turned into a blade. Since then the cannon has been nicknamed the cannon.
