Seems like a nice place to workout, spending your time to built your inner and outer strength. But sadly 1st visit with purposes to survey means everything for customer, on top of that instead you're welcomed. You're told to wait for marketing at 10 am, meaning i have to wait an hour for that or i was told to comeback again anytime after 10 am and leave my number. The receptionist wasn't pleasant also, either not doing things by standards or she's like that all the time. Then i tried to call the manager of that branch, but the one who pick up also her, so i just leave my number. And day by day the sales manager who always called doesn't even bother my 1st effort to go there, instead keep offering 50k something to get something that i didn't even keep it in mind. OVERALL, Nice and great place who provided services should be backed up by nice and great hospitality too. CMIIW, thanks please become a better Place Gold's Gym, since i was member at 2012 - 2013.
