Great hospital with very caring and professional stuff! I gave birth to my first child, my babygirl here with C-session. Huge thanks to Dr. Wulandari who is the best for me & super professional, alhamdullilahud83dudc96! Operation was fast & with good, fast recover afterud83cudf1eprice only 15jt IDR for C-session & kelas 1 room. 3 days I was alone with my babygirl in the room. nurses are friendly, most of them don't speak English, but alhamdullilah I could speak Indonesian already)))

I went into Prima Medika today looking to have two x-rays completed on my knee and ankle. I did not yet have a referral. The receptionist staff greeted me promptly and arranged for me to see a doctor for a referral within 10 minutes.nnAfter I was seen and the script written, they were kind enough to shuttle me to their radiology wing via car. The x-rays went smoothly only taking 45 minutes. I was shuttled back to the main hospital where my same doctor read the films within 20 minutes giving me sound advice for wound care as the xrays were clear.nnThey were more than happy to quote me on costs of care so I could make an informed decision. Xrays and consultation was less than I had quoted at other hospitals.nnOverall an incredibly positive experience.

They have 2 building, old and New.nNew building is where the IGD located now and the clinics also.nnMostly good service rendered.nHospitalised for few days. Nurses generally are good. Trying to follow their SOP well. ***** for their cleanlines at the New building.nnDo note they have an old building which I wouldnt recomend if you need to stay.nnThey have improved, could improved better.

Doctor and nurse are friendly and expert.nOur experience with doctor Ryan was very pleasant and good in communication. He made everything under control. Many thanks ud83dude4f GBU
