My second time came to this bank with the same CS and she treated me the same. She handled the customers without any smile and gave the solution without well listened to the customer's problem. I came to this bank and hope I will have any suggestion for my problem but it was only wasting my time. The management should train the staff especially the customer service which literaly handle the customer's needed. Will not suggest to visit this bank even it is only 5 footsteps from your home.

It's a good bank, nice and quick response from your stafg. But only need to coordinate with their neighbour about parking. I almost fight the warehouse owner behind this bank for parking matter. That chickening arrogant act like he owns the street. Your office boy says that it happen almost everyday. Be more concerned about this, you could go and report him to the police for unpleasant behaviour.

There are 2 customer service that runs only 1, again 1 is not ready or what, waiting for the queue to finish 1 just 30 minutes is not finished. DISAPPOINTED
