Zactie Bar

Been to Zactie Bar for several meals.nnOverall it’s a little pricey and if you want local food you might be better off looking at the other neighbouring family eateries.nnThe breakfast club sandwich was good and the potatoes wedges was fantastic. Coffee was okay.nnFor dinner, the fried pig skin (can remember what it’s called, but it’s a local version of the bacon) and the pork ribs is good.

Was not happy. Our hostel recommended the Zactie Bar for good food with nice prices - was not one of both. The food (pad thai (sauce smelled like ketchup), fish & chips (too expensive (100k) and ready food.))nat least the beer was good...

Nice bar with tasty food and good drinks. The food is delicious and not expensive, the portions are big. Nice chill-out music and live music in the evening. Happy hours from 17-19. You can pay by credit card but they charge 3% extra. Wifi is fast and free.

Lovely bar and great live music. The ambiance is lovely with about 20 guests. The weather is balmy. This is my first time here. The service was non-attentive. I had the chicken burger - the patty was dry and overcooked, the bun so hard I couldn’t eat it. I also ordered the churros - deep fried sticks (that look more like french fries!). Nothing light or fluffy. No sugar or cinnamon. The chocolate sauce was cold and hard (not runny at all).nThe wine I wanted on the menu was sold by the glass and bottle, but I was told I could only order a bottle, not a class as there wasn’t already an open bottle so they couldn’t serve by the class - although with some persistence the waiter checked with the bar and they opened a bottle LOL. What a shame for this establishment, usually it’s ambiance that’s hard to create, but here they nailed this and failed with service, food and drinks.

We tried two days in a row the chicken pizza promotion 75 000 rupiah it comes with a small lemon bingtang, they also had very nice live music @ 7pm. You can swim in their pool. Service is pretty slow but they do accept credit cards and since all the ATM in the island are empty is a good thing.
