The medicines are okay. But those receptionists, cashier, and whatsapp admin, they really need an urgent attitude / behavior training. If only i can give 0 for their services...

It always crowded and a wait here. We need more seat to wait actually. The clinic have much income so please give the patient more seats. The doctor need to be more listen to patient problem bcs every person have different condition.

Extremely horrible experience and service, horrendous, call never answered, wa never replied, then when I order ojek for shortcut which have been successful for 3 months, now I was barred and they said It have not been available for 3 months? Illogical! And they abruptly and impolitely end the call.

If I can rate this a zero star I would. The service is horrendous. Even through years of bad review complaining about the service there is no improvement only downgrading. Dont bother to go check yourself 2nd or 3rd time. Doc will just look your med record look at your face then the ONLY factor that he would ever count in is how frequent you drink the meds. If you dont drink often you get yelled at (he wont even listen to your explanation. In my case my buying record isnt much bcs i often ask someone else to buy it but hey he knows it all apparently.) if you drink it often he will just tell ya keep at it. Consulting after 1st time is NOT useful at all. He thinks his med are god made products or smth. Yes his med is nice but it may not work for all ppl and this is smth that i think he would never accept.
