Good service, especially with Om Dedi, I think he is a crew leader. Ordering D5 and T7, D5 for my friend, he got D5 2 days after. Still waiting for T7, I hope I can get this bike soon. Keep your service in good ya. Thanks alot.

The selection are quite complete, you can much find anything bike-related here, entry-level to advanced. The best thing I like about this store is that there's one salesperson guy that's very friendly and helpful.

Bad service. About 5 staff sitting at the counter. When I asked them one particular bike, they just said, its upstairs on the 2nd floor. So I have to wander all the venue by myself. Definitely not coming again. Would be great to treat customer better, especially when they re all free anyway. Thanks,
