Police station near UIN. I have been there. Scary place cz u can see the prisoner directly but the polices are kind.

KECEWA! Ingin buat surat kehilangan No.HP saja harus DIPERSULIT. Dimintai surat perantara dari grapari padahal dari graparinya sendiri itu tidak ada surat perantara. tidak ada no antrian, antrian panjang dan lama, pelayanan bertele-tele mempertanyakan hal yg bukan permasalahan. Inikah yg dinamakan mengayomi masyarakat? bukannya membantu tapi mempersulit.

The bad image of the police immediately made an impression in my mind when a very unpleasant experience occurred when I wanted to make a missing report letter on Monday, June 29, 2020, around 14:00. After waiting for an hour in the absence of a queuing system or division of numbers, I was interrupted by someone and there was another person who wanted to dive but I managed to get a turn because I had waited so long and brought a child. Unexpectedly, a policeman is very uncooperative with a harassing tone. He responds to my response of losing a cellphone, "why do I keep disappearing? Yes, continue? What do you do? Why?" It's so wordy and there is absolutely no image of the police who are said to protect the public. When I said I made a lost report because I wanted to block the lost IMEI number of my cellphone, he said I couldn't. And I am confused because according to the information circulating the requirement is to have a statement missing from the police. He even challenged me to call mobile operators and ministries. Finally I got out of there with a pissed heart and headed to the nearest sub-police station and there was very kind and friendly I was served, without long-winded questions, my business was launched. Please, I ask that the arrogant police in charge of making the loss letter be dealt with firmly. Here I feel cheated and troubled even though I just robbed my cellphone. Hopefully in the future there will be no more incompetent officers like that, a better queuing system, and the public can return to full trust in the police.
