The hotel is quite good and clean. The staffs are friendly. The food is so so. I experienced in staying in both superior and deluxe room. However, I prefer superior room rather than deluxe even though superior is smaller than deluxe. It's because superior is located in the main building, while deluxe is located a bit far.

Nice breakfast... Two styles of rooms: modern or javanese style room... Green and beautiful! Spa is worth to try!

The room is quite dusty, especially the floor area. The terrace is also dirty, not of the trash but of the dust. I think anyone with allergic to dust should not stay in this kind of room.nSecondly, I chose this hotel so my kids can enjoy their pool, but as i was checking in, i was told that the pool is under maintencance...what a brilliant idea to have a pool maintenance during weekend when many guests expects to be able to enjoy the hotel's facilties.nTo make it worse, at 12.35am... someone tried to enter our room, luckily we chained-lock the door. When I called the front office to ask, they claimed...someone with the same name like mine asking for the room key...this is terrible, sloppy & invasion of the the privacy ud83dude21

very good hotel ... i see there are two concept of resort and hotel. the concept of a hotel in the front yard of the hotel and resort is in the courtyard further to the back of the area.
