Place was easy to find. However, since it's very small it was hard to park nearby.nnThis place is very understaffed with only 1 staff working to accommodate several visa applications.nnI called several times to make an appointment but no one ever picked up the phone. Finally, I decided to email them and thankfully I got a reply.nnI had an appointment at 8.30am and by the time I arrived, 3 other people were also scheduled at the same time (which was very weird because the thorough checking lasted about 15 minutes for per application)nnThe staff who checked my application was very helpful and detailed. Maybe even amazing since she did everything by herself from 8.20 - 14.00. Missed some details so I was told to come back before 12.nnI did that but by the time I went back 10 other people were already queuing to get their applications checked. They have an air conditioned waiting room so it was not too bad.nnIt would be great if they can employ more people to improve the service time so that people won't need to wait too long.
