This bank is one of the sub-branch offices of BCA Pontianak. This branch office provides quite a number of ATM machines on the ground floor, but at certain times the queue is very long and boring. Parking space for cars in the evening is usually inconvenient because it will scramble places with illegal traders.

Friendly welcoming staff, correct Covid protocol directions. The place is always clean, the queuing system is clear and will be recalled when they hear it, the teller is friendly, asked immediately responded with relevant answers. The BCA Bank office located in Serdam or Sungai Raya Dalam is easily searchable. The location is on the edge of the road. With the signpost BCA's name is large enough to be seen from afar. Car park on the front yard. Motorbike parking inside the building. The most crowded operating hours in the morning. Car and motorbike parking is sometimes very full in the morning until noon. Service to customers is quite satisfying. They are friendly and very helpful to customers who are there. The service is quite fast. Full ac and clean waiting room. Here is a cash deposit ATM. There are about 4 ATMs.
