Been living here since i was a one year old. And yes this place is so comfy and safe, the people are nice (not all, but mostly) and it has a really nice park, too, soo yeah i give it 4 stars. It will be five stars if this area isn't easily get flooded after raining (banjar emg langganan banjir sih wkwk)
