Nice room but poor breakfast

Looks nice from outside but need a lot of improvement. The bathroom with leaking sink, water inundate the floor, sometimes no water running for flushing the toilet. Sometimes running out of hot water. Dilapidated bedroom need to be repainted. Food for breakfast may be good enough for Indonesian but not for foreigner. I saw one of the personel was smoking in the restaurant.

Everything was fine but it would be more oke if the officers were helpful when there was blackout..

Room 301 air conditioning not working, room faces west, so logic would be to make sure air conditioning is working, right? Complained, nothing done. Tap in the bathroom not working. Dirty water outlet flowing in front of the door. Suitcase not directly brought to room. Bad service, bad facilities. Maybe a homestay would be a better choice

With limited choice and considering the remoteness the hotel is okay. It is quite clean, a/c is barely enough, they have cold beer :-) food is very ok
