The Premiere Hotel Pekanbaru

The hotel is comfortable, aesthetically very pleasing, spotless clean and following very strict safety protocols to grant customers a relaxing stay. The on-site restaurant is really above expectations, the menu is varied and the cooking is excellent. All the staff in the hotel is highly professional, with the best of manners and the extra dose of kindness and politeness that makes you want to repeat your visit.nThe only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the temperature of the room soon reached very uncomfortable levels. Being a one-day stay, we didn't want to make any complaints, especially considering that the hotel was practically fully booked, and probably the issue was due to shortage in the power capacity. So all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel☺ufe0f have nice pool & gym facility , the room is big and clean, It also has a working desk which is very helpful when i need to work, The breakfast menu is good. I really enjoy staying here.

It's always been a pleasure for me to stay at this hotel for so many times, especially the services given by the staff. I do remember one of the staff name, Mr.Joey for giving me the best service experience at the restaurant, I also wants to thank the chefs that provide me with delicious food and great breakfast. ud83dude0a

Location is in central area of Pekanbaru. Good service but still need to renovate in some area including air conditioner etc. Thank you Priska.
