Little Rock North / Jct. I-40 KOA Journey

This place use to be amazing but no more. Very ran down and a bit trashy. Cabins look deserted and weeds grown up everywhere. We paid 56 dollars for what? Cable TV was, and was informed when we checked wifi was out as well. This Campground not up to KOA standard and should be brought up to standards. I had to chuckle when I saw their homepage with the pool so pretty. My picture shows a molded septic pool. Disgusting! I will try to post pictures after I post this review.

This is a great campground. The scenery is amazing and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely camp here again!

Sites are pretty tight and close to one another, check in was very easy and staff were very nice and helpful, highway noise is there but not overwhelming, appears to have several longtime residents who could do a better job of making their sites look better,

We made reservations on May 6, 2020 for October 26-28. Today, October 24th they called me and told me they cannot put a 50 amp RV in a 30 amp site and cancelled my reservation. We CAN use a 30 amp site when it’s only a high in the 50’s and 60’s!!!!! Campsites have all been full on our month long trip and heading back to Indiana they cancelled us! Really a mean and nasty thing to do! We generally love KOA’s, but not this one! Left us high and dry.ud83dude41

This is the most expensive and worst koa we have been to. See this picture of what they think is a fire ring it is only slightly larger than a basket ball. The only place to throw trash is the dumpster at the exit no trash cans anywhere at all. They have a small wooded area but no one is allowed over there. These people have no idea what a camp site is.
