Clinton / Knoxville North KOA Journey

Staff was friendly and helpful. They escorted us to our site and helped us with parking the trailer. They even delivered firewood our firewood. We were able to pay on site instead of going back up to our office. We were self-contained so I can't speak about the laundry or other services. The campground was tidy. I liked that they had a dog park. They had a swimming pool as well as a playground.

Most camp sights are only as good as it's staff. This is what makes this KOA so amazing. Not only do they keep the place well maintained, they are all very friendly, and personable. Way more than standard customer service.nnI had to extend my trip by a few days, and they did everything they could to work with me an make it happen. I love this place, and I will be back.

Very nice. Small and well kept. Wifi was good. Cable TV on site. Cabins for rent. Good selection of RV parts and other needs in the office. Easy off and on for highway 75. Laundry facilities and game room are nice.

Highly recommended for overnight stops. We pulled in and were escorted to our site with help placing our right. Outside garbage cans were provided, which was a surprise. Every needed code for secure Wi-Fi, bathhouse etc were provided at check in, along with dinner options. It's not designed for extended stays in the part we stayed in, but there is an area for that. The decor around the place was so cute (Halloween themed when I was there). I'm not usually one to take advantage of a bathhouse, but theirs was so clean and inviting that I certainly did. Thank you for a stress-free stopover!
