Enfield / Rocky Mount KOA Journey

Great staff. Nice quiet shaded space with easy on and off highway access. The restrooms could use a little updating but they were clean. I do think this park had better water pressure than any park I have been to. The showers ud83dudebf were great. They have a small store not a large selection of food but there’s plenty of ud83cudf7bbeer and flavored ud83cudf79malt beverage’s. They also provided a fire pit and sell fire wood in the camp store. ud83dude09 Would recommend this park.

This is a very nice campground out in the woods with beautiful trees. Well run. Online booking and payment. Nice site full hookup with 50A. Appear to all be gravel. ATT cell phone reception good. All sites have plenty of room. Not sure what is around here but a good place to stop overnight. 1.8 miles west of I95.

We arrived after dark, office was closed. The office area well lit, it was difficult to find our site for the night, the site numbers are not lighted, we ended up walking to find our site which was a pull-in that was very appreciated. We were back on road at dawn so didn't see much of the park. Easy to get to from I-95.

The office personnel were excellent. They stayed over and met us at the road and showed us our spot. They had all paperwork ready. We made a reservation for one night. I thought the rate was high at 52.50 per night for full hookup. That is for 2 people. It has gravel roads. The site was good with grass and the electrical, wifi and water was good. However we could not reach the sewer connection with 2 hoses. It was too far back from the camper. We had a car in tow. There is no cable but the wifi connection was great.

We tented on lush grass under tall pine trees. This is a beautiful site, convenient to the interstate but quiet. The staff was friendly, everything was perfectly clean, and we would definitely stay at this place again.
