Leuser Ketambe Guesthouse

Charming hotel run by a really sweet family. The location was just what we wanted (outside of town) and the owners brother took us on a great trek. The hotel is a little run down, and could use a deep clean. Overall great value and location. Would totally go back.

Pure nature, homemade, traditional food, lots of wildlife

Excellent hotel. For 300 we get pure white snow-white cotton sheets and a duvet cover, which is rare in the country, 2 bedside tables, a mirror, a chair, modern TV, air conditioning, and unfortunately, there is no hot water, but it is already quite warm from the shower. I think this is the best deal in Blang Pidi. The room rate also includes breakfast, a fully edible buffet with a couple of dishes, tea, coffee and banana for dessert.
