I think they were greedy, insensitive, and unprofessional.

Compared to the big gym in Medan today, this gym wins location but is too small for national chain gym size. Even the total area is only slightly larger than the 2 star gym. Many tools are old, dumbell size is not clear, staff and leaders are not customer oriented, even the most expensive Monthly fees today. The broken tool member is blamed even though it is broken due to age, arrogant personal trainer. Too many rules, members complicated. Want to join? Try checking into another gym before joining, there are many more luxurious, complete and customer friendly gyms with much cheaper price, just wait for the promo. My assessment of this 3 star gym at 5 star prices just wins located in the mall .. that's it.

There are many classes but the lights or lighting are too dark. And the equipment needs to be upgraded
