The security staff acted as greeters here, helping customers with questions and pointing them to the right service, very friendly and helpful. Wait time can be long during the morning hours especially if you need to talk to the customer service. For other stuff such as printing the pass book or transferring money, it’s relatively fast. However, it did take at least half an hour to transfer foreign currency since they took time checking the rate and cost for transfer.

It has professional friendly staffs, fast services, and a comfortable place. They provide some water and tea too. There is a small play ground with some toys. The security staffs are very helpful. Like any other public places, it's suggested to go there early in the morning due to the queue
