When the queues inside are full, visitors are forced to squeeze outside and are not properly regulated. Limited seating, while directly in front of the parking lot, so very uncomfortable. For cs services, bank standards are friendly and helpful.

Lots of queues, security was not friendly, told to wait for the queue outside for almost 1 hour, not told to enter. This is the first time to a bad service bank.
