Without prejudice to my respect, I say that any guest who comes is a customer and whoever the customer gets the right to service all the facilities that are entitled to get. However, as a customer myself, I feel disappointed with the service provided to me. I am willing to wait 5-6 hours to be able to get my turn, whether it's the dilapidated office management or the human resources that don't have the capacity to work here. I think hiring junior high school kids is better than the hopeless employees now. Thank you

This bank does not serve the disbursement of aid funds from the government, because this morning the recipient of the aid was rejected and told not to go there .. Logically all BRI banks in Indonesia have only one link, namely BRI bank ... but why do employees there refuse to accept people who want to disbursing aid funds ..

Previously, I went to BRI in the center of Yogyakarta to make it liquid in BPUM and I kept queuing up a lot. I asked the bri employee, 'can any BRI branch work?' he said it can be in any branch then when I go to Monjali the security guard MUST say the code is Monjali, this is the reasonnDisappointing
