My first time using their service and would never recommend. 3 days ago, when I tracked my parcel, it was still in transit and it hasn’t changed till now. What a shame. I’d rather spend little more pennies and go with other companies.

First time using ninja express and very sorry especially with the courier.nThe address is very clear, it is very far away.nInstead of COD, I asked to meet at a red light, very unclear even though from its position to my house close.nDo not want to deliver because of the reason there are many shipments in that area. Very disappointing.

It's better if you don't intend not to open the expedition, the goods have been 4 days or more not sent in the tracked status. Delivery to the address tp 2 days it doesn't work is it the goods brought home by the courier ????? Until it is damaged, you must compensate !!!

Many times, every time I shop online with ninja expedition services, it's always like this ... the status is already on the way to the destination ... from 2 days ago but until the date. 28 .. the package has not arrived yet .. If there is a notification from the seller that the delivery is from Ninja Express, I will always REJECT RAW .. it's better to find another seller who doesn't use NINJA's expedition service ..

The ninja warehouse is not a place to send goods No customer service, but if there is an order through the marketplace that the pickups can be delivered there if they are not taken by the ninjas courier
