If you don't have a full day, don't even try to queue up CS here. Just a suggestion for BRI to create online queues so that people don't pile up queuing at your office. Especially in this Covid era ... The queues are booming because BRI is trusted to manage Banpres and PIP. Of course, the benefits of management can be set aside for customer convenience.
