Been using their service since 2015 for student exchange programs. Participants from both schools (Indonesian and German schools) found that this activity was one of the best! Citra Elo is able to handle our requests on certain things. The staff is helpful and fast response. Their guides are communicative to explain all interesting facts about the Elo river. Brilliant place with brilliant service. They really know what they're doing and the service is excellent. I was first time rafter and I had so much fun. The plentiful of shower rooms, snacks, and the lunch or dinner afterwards quite sated me. They were even able to cater my vegan need immediately. I recommend this place for everyone.

best place for rafting with friends or family and with the price cus it takes 3 hours for you to go back from start to the finish line
