Provided free pick up and the staff were friendly and skilled. Love the service before and after massage, was offered cucumber drink before massage and hot drinks with a snack after. Took the central favourite package and the staff wasn't fluent in English but main points were conveyed during the massage. Grab is allowed to pick up there as well so convenient getting around. Just that the curtain of my cubicle was kept open when the masseur left to take things and there were guys around as well. Would love to take the private room the next time I visit.

They provided free pick up service . This my 2nd time visiting Spa central . I went to the Nagoya Hill branch previously and recently to Batam Central.I surely prefer the Batam central branch. Did Hot stone massage and all natural facial. This place is really good for massages . My friend did Gel Manicure the result was not so good . They had very limited number of colors to choose from. Hope they will brush up their skill on that. Otherwise their service is good the staff may not be able to speak fluent English but the main point was delivered .Surely will go there again .

I give spa center 4 stars.n- although central and next to a gym that plays music loud, you don't hear anything inside the spa. But there are clear patches here and there that needs to be repaired and look at least invisible to the eyes of the clients.n+I had a nice experience in terms of my day spa.n+staff was VERY NICE.n+great value.n+Food was EXCELLENT!nWe will definitely come back.

5/5 would recommend to my friends or family ! the staff operating the WhatsApp account is really friendly and responsive ! I'm able to book my session in advance, and she caters to last minute changes (Thank you so much Umi !).nnShe was there waiting for me on the road side to welcome us. brought us to the place and served us drinks, another staff took her time to explain the different service they provide. place is cozy and comfy.nnwas welcome to the spa room, had a pleasant experience with our masseurs, made a comment about the room temperature and they gave us extra blankets ! room came with lockers as well, definitely a plus.nnspent about 900k for 2hours aromatherapy with transport provide to and fro from anywhere in the city, would definitely come back again !nnplace is family friendly with a pool at the side for children. only thing i could suggest is maybe add a few more chairs for foot massage ?
