A great and affordable shuttle travel service from South Tangerang to Bandung (and otherwise). It's currenlty moved to BATAN Housing area in BSD because the one in Serpong is under maintenance. Still quiet easy to be located although it's in one of a smaller housing road access. The price is great and it gave a discounted price for the earliest and latest Shuttle schedule each day.

Service is very bad & admin is very unprofessional so miscommunication often occurs.n---n[NEWS FLASH]nKrakaline offers two services: Jatinangor-Tangsel and Tangsel-Jatinangor. For Tangsel-Jatinangor, two pick-up options are offered: directly from the pool or at Pertamina Rawa Buntu (only picked up after pooling). Payments are made on the spot when leaving.n---nBoth services are just as bad!nnI have ordered a Jatinangor-Tangsel ticket from a week before, but on D-day, he said my name was not registered. At that time, the seats were full with people who ordered later. I protested and the Krakaline admitted that someone had ordered me later, but got a seat. However, there is no responsibility that can be given by Krakaline.nnI think that experience can make the admin's performance better, eh apparently not. I again have problems with Krakaline.nnThis time, I confirmed one hour before Tangsel-Jatinangor's departure at 04.00 WIB from Pertamina Rawa Buntu. Said my friend who departed from the pool, until 04.35 IWST still not working. Yes, I'm waiting. Eh, but it's 5:00 a.m. How come it still hasn't arrived? Then when I called the admin, he said that he had departed from 04.15 WIB so he was left behind. I know it's a lie and tell the admin, uh, he's looking for an excuse again.
