Services need to be improved. And employees need to be taught more about how to serve well. Taking moneygram takes 2 hours of service very less. Especially the moneygram part for severe service. The period inside the bank is hot, I really don't recommend this bank

Today, Tuesday, December 3, 2019, I went to KCP BCA BENOA with the intention of ending the flazz card and refunding the funds to my account because the nominal on my flazz card was still OK AND I had no more reason to use it. CUSTOMER SERVICE The woman who sits in the corner of the entrance (I remember her name) when I want to submit a refund is complicated and not polite He can't do it unless the card is broken even though my friend can do the refund and the card isn't damaged. This CS also told me to spend my money many times and asked WHY WASN'T IT DONE, WHY WOULDN'T I WANT TO DO IT, WHY WAS USED FOR A ROAD TOLL, so many times that I felt uncomfortable. THATS MY BUSINESS whether you want to spend it or not! Until finally this CS boss informed that he could be refunded. He filled out the complaint form without asking for my data (verification), he just asked me to sign on the form, did not give me proof of what form AND MY CARD IS NOT SCOUTED. Then how do I claim my money later if within the period of time the money has been promised I haven't entered? :) and what will this CS do to not cut my card? :) and once again after his boss said yes he could refund it again he asked 'why don't you just spend it sis? It can be used on Indomaret 'nWHAT A SHAME CUSTOMER SERVICE.
