Honestly this company ruined my life. They promised they could get me into Bali back in June. And then every week there was a new excuse, change of plan and another delay. By November my boyfriend and I split because of this stress. We were engaged, thanks easy visa! He wrote a bad review and now I’m writing one too. The company saw his review and offered him some refund if he retracts it. Can you believe this? Please contact me if you want more info. There are many good visa agencies out there who honor their word. There are many bad companies too, and this is one of them. I also believe all of these positive reviews on their profile are fake written by them. I bet if you ask the company to speak with these people they don’t actually exist.

I’m sorry to write this but do not trust these people. They make promises they cannot keep. You cannot believe their word. I paid 58mil for my Kitas and my friend’s ‘VIP’ visa to enter the country and still waiting now over three months for results. Every week they have a different excuse. I had several agents contacting me telling me different things about price and procedure. At one point they stopped answering my messages for two weeks until I went to the office and demanded an update. I know now there’s a problem with Covid but that doesn’t excuse this totally shady behavior. Lately people are getting social visa after 7 days and still I’m waiting. Please choose another company. I think these other positive reviews are fake. Except their first negative review which says the same as I do. Unfortunately I chose this company before this Google profiles active since their location is new.
