Went on a snorkelling tour to Menjangan island but was very disappointed. They were 20mins late picking us up (we had to message them a reminder to come and get us despite confirming the time/spot the night before). Once we were at the snorkelling spot they realised they hadn't checked our flipper size so we had to use whatever they had (wrong fit). Then they didn't bring enough snorkels (?!) so we had to leave our original spot to borrow from another boat. We went in low season so not sure if the boat we went on was actually run by Herman Lovina or if they outsourced us to join another tour. Either way wouldn't recommend these guys.

Hi Carmen, i couldn't find a management answer on this media so I write the answer here. I think you are the client whose joining the trip from Goris and after snorkeling you want to dropped off in Lovina with some luggage with you. You must understand that from Lovina to Goris takes more then one hours and it is not a train can arrive on time. Driving more then one hour and late about 20 minute is not a big deal. On the day you join the program, we have 18 people on share trip and use two boats. You paid idr 850,000 for two all included. We paid your entrance ticket idr 400,000 and we use a private transport because your luggage idr 450,000 one car. Total cost we spend for you is idr 850,000. We provide lunch, equipment etc. So your trip last time was free. Normally you should happy for that. About the boat, we never claimed the boat is our. The boat is from local boat association. Thanks.

If.you want fishing or dolphins or snorkeling just go to.the beach and choose a boat you like and people you like and you can discuss a price. The way this agency communicates with customers is not appropriate and low quality.

We hired them for a trip from lovina to nusa penida. Driver was early. Every thing went smoothly. We paid less than if we had organized ourselves. Drive comfort was superior than most taxi we took. Highly recommended if you need transportation services
