BRI has to be the worst bank in Indonesia .nEvery time I have tried to some sort of banking at any of their branches it turned into a nightmare.nTheir staff is poorly train and don't seem to know what they are doing .nTheir fees are higher than most other banks .nTheir International services are a joke their staff just doesn't know what they are doing .nBefore Indonesia can attacht foreign investment they need to fix their banking system .nI found BCA much better in International banking , Transfering money overseas was a breeze .nBRI it was a nightmare and expensive

The wide location of the service makes customers satisfied

Wide parking area.there is a body temperature check. CS queues are not too slow

I'm taking care of the lost atm here, the service is easy and fast. Ms. Nia's cs is also very friendly. the security guard is also very good. the building is spacious and luxurious, the parking is also spacious. Maybe the suggestion for CS is added, so that the queue for CS is not too much and long waits. Over all, i really happy for the service i get ud83dude0a thanks BRI. Oh yeah, for taking care of the lost ATM, you will be charged a 10,000 card change fee. Previously, I also had to take care of the loss letter from the police station, and don't forget to bring the savings book.
