This bank has serious problems. Customer service is incredible slow, online banking is trash and their site is always in error. Read other reviews, same complains from years ago and they have done nothing to fix the issues. Do NOT bank with BRI

So slow they not open all the counter, just open 1 counter which’s supremely slow... no have good customer service just waiting for so long

Ridiculos SLOW, SLOW, SLOW, SLOW and its very annoying that it has been like that forever and even after many identical complaints the manager still NOT improving the situation... Highly recommended not to do business with BRI
