I just wanted to share my experiences with UOB Bank. BEWARE OF UOB Bank!!!! First of all my parents trust her personal banker at this UOB At Green Garden Branch. It turns out that it was a HUGE MISTAKE!!! They are very deceitful and they will take advantage of your hard earn money. They deceitfully placed my parents money to some kind of account (surat berharga) that my parents didn't understand. They lure her with huge interest rate, but didn't explain the details about Surat Berharga. My parents only knew that this will yield interest every month. You also can't check your account balance conviniently, you have to contact your personal banker every single time to give you a number... This is not very transparent, only the Bank that can see your balance. After 5 months putting her money on 3 different accounts, we loss Alot off money. So... I would suggest to all people that see my review, please do not trust your bank. They are not on your side, they are only concern about their side. UOB Bank please do your job to explain better of your products to your customers, see if that will fit your customer's need. Do not think about getting a commission and meting your quota.
