Just like other reviews this company is very bad at handling customers, schedules are often canceled at will. If there is a minus rate, I will give it. Even for 1 unit AC service it can take 3-4 weeks just because it is cancel, cancel, cancel & forgive us blah blah blah. Seriously, no recommendation if you want a fast one.nnSuggestions for management to improve the performance of the staff, from customer service to technicians, if you are not able to handle the order, it should be limited, not all of them are accepted, but the work continues to cancel. The technician's appointment came at 3pm on Thursday, didn't come at all and there was no information from Indocool. Monday I called back, the adm said I wanted to check back with the technician. Service very very PAY ud83dudc4e ud83dudc4e

This is the first time washing AC here & it's very disappointing. After the service, the AC was not all cold. The way they work is also super messy & dirty. Though the price of service here is somewhat expensive. So sure !!
