It's a great place if you want to sit for hours for a 10 minute appointment. For the price I would expect at least decent standards of hygiene control but packed waiting rooms with no social distancing enforced, full lifts and left sitting in a waiting room for hours with a newborn baby. Not a Premier service at all.nn....and just when you think it's all over and you're on your way home, there's another desk to go to and waiting room to wait in.nnThe doctors and nurses themselves were good and friendly but the service delivery needs a lot of work.

Long waiting time. Only 1 person handling cashier post. All those wasted time just to wait indefinitely. Doctor came late during appointment. You can do better than this.

This hospital offers first class service. The staffs, nurses, and doctors are friendly and professional. The hospital itself is clean and comfy. The cost is quiet expensive compared to others.nnDuring this pandemic they have set the safety protocols, so people can come to the hospital with no worries.

The doctor I saw was first class and very good. He was very clear with the information and made it easy for me to understand the issue I had.

Overly priced, and they even DOUBLE the PRICE BY DUPLICATING SOME OF THE ACCOMMODATION. My grandma TACE operation cost over Rp 100million, but when we check the detail, it got many DUPLICATES THAT COST US 26 MILLION MORE. We were fortunate to notice it, but others who don't may have paid it.
