Awesome xfit place. Evening xfit classes are always full. If u r dropping in, try calling first. Morning would be better.

I did a drop-in at CrossFit Garuda. My experience was like what I expect from a professional CrossFit Box. The coach gave a detailed briefing of the WOD and corrected me and others during the workout whenever needed. The box is small but provides the most important equipment to do CrossFit. The box is located in a parking deck of a shopping mall, which is also the place for running exercises. During my visit in the morning the air pollution in the parking deck was OK, but I'm not sure how this will be in the afternoon classes.nI recommend this box to everyone who wants to do professional CrossFit safe and with fun!
